Communication
Introduction
A lot of people cannot do their work without using technology. For some of them the technology is part of their life and work. Always the humans try to make their lives easier so they invent many important inventions. Many companies develop and grow by using the technology; also almost all of the colleges and universities in the UAE are using new methods of teaching by using the technology. Nowadays people can't finish their work without using computers; also it should be connected to the internet. In this essay I will write about the history of communication and how it developed over time and how they are using it nowadays.
Communication History
Communication is to transfer information from one person to another. First humans tried to communicate with each other by drawing some pictures to tell what happened. After that they found a way to communicate from long distance using the smoke and it was used by the native Americans(smoke signals) Then the telegraph was invented by Jnnocenzo Manzetti( Timeline of Telecommunications). After that Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone which was used to transmit speech electrically (Timeline of the telephone).Cable connected telephones. The next generation of the telephone is the portable telephone which is called the mobile phone. It allows you to communicate without cables which is wireless.
Communication today
Nowadays nobody can live without using the new communication system of the mobile phone. The phone call quality has seen a lot of development. Also the mobile phone has seen a lot of progress. We have to use the mobile phone in our daily life. Now people can make video calls so they can see each other. In these days the communication also can be by the e-mail and internet which is much faster and easier and it's almost free . With all of this new technology all learning took new methods. Now the education is more attractive and easy. We can use the internet to research instead of going to the libraries to read all of those boring books. Also you can take courses by studying material that is sent from the college. Today we can use the 4G communication system which combines 3G and 2G, setting peak speed requirements for 4G service at 100 Mbit/s for high mobility communication (such as from trains and cars) and 1 Gbit/s for low mobility communication such as pedestrians and stationary users. (4G)
In these days technology plays a big role in many things like quality and safety and it has made our life easier and more comfortable. Like in HCT they put the attendance in the system so they reduce the mistakes which are caused by putting attendance manually. Also, in cars they use car computers so we can identify any problem in our car. Banks use technology; they put all the information about their customers in their system so all the information about money will be in the account of the customer on the system. In this part I will talk about how the communication became nowadays and what they will be in the future.
Communication devices like mobile phones have became easier and more professional than before. Now people can hear their voices through the phone clearly. It is more professional than it was in 1970. People now can do many things with their mobile phone like Black Berry. The BlackBerry possesses a general contacts application that makes contacting people by any given method more convenient (Mark Hendrickson, www. techcrunch.com).With Black Berry people can send and receive e mail .
Conclusion
Technology is important for us in many things like education and communication. Technology helps our world and our people. So, we can't stop using technology. Telephones are one of these technologies which are great communication devices.
